I have copied and pasted this question almost 6 times including this one but only TWO people have answered me...and i NEED the help....
1 week to exams and all i have done is condensed some of my chapter to cornell notes and mind-maps. What should i do now? How should i go about to study? Currently, my brain is freaking out because of the pressure and the thought of 1 week so i am actually not getting anything done. Especially when thinking of the million and one things i will have to memorise. It seems so difficult and here i am worried, anxious and not studying. I can't work well under pressure. What should i do? How do i go about studying? How do i memorise all my chapters in 1 week? I appreciate all useful advice. Thanks =)

Relax, it´s normal to get stressed before any exams! You have been studying for sometime and just try to go over the main princeples as a remineder. Try to take a little excursise every day and eat healthy, like fruit every day. Best Wishes, you will do really well .

YOU DON'T. If your exam is only a week away and you haven't been studying any of your coursework, trying to cram something into your brain at this late date isn't going to work at all. If, however, you HAVE been studying properly over your whole course and listening to your tutors like a good student, then just have a quick read-through of what you expect MIGHT come up in the exam and then R E L A X and stop worrying. Just do your best on exam day and keep your fingers crossed like everyone else. That's all you can do. Don't go trying to memorise everything - it's impossible. The main thing is to stop worrying about it and relax and enjoy yourself this week - no studying. You realise that if you are tense then your mind will just go blank and you'll kick yourself afterwards when your memory comes back. To fail is not the end of the world and if you're a good student you'll probably pass anyway. Good luck.

Start at the beginning, 6 times. You would be finished going over it once by now. Get busy.
