Do you mean x^2 - x squared - x*x ?

If so x^2 = x + 6

x =3

same for 1906

For DeMorgan x_2 - 1806 = x would give his age, so x_2 - 1906 = x would give the correct age of the second person. Therefore, he was born in 1906.
