i am 17 and i really think i am pregnant, i have taken two hpt that came back neg but i am still having syptoms and no preiod...should i tell my mom today so that i can go for a blood test? if yes i will be telling her within the next hour....

If you are really nervous about being pregnant or truly convinced you are pregnant then you can create a false pregnancy. You'll get almost all of the symptoms of a pregnancy, including missing your period, without actually being pregnant. You could always tell your mom that you think your hormones are out of whack or something because you haven't gotten your period. You don't HAVE to tell her that it's because you think your pregnant, especially since you likely aren't.

I think you should test, yes. The sooner you know your are pregnant the more time you have to explore all your options. What to do now really depends on how your mom is going to react. Sometimes it's best not to let mom know. Can you get to a sexual health clinic, planned parenthood or a teen health centre? You'll be able to get a blood test and see a doctor without your mom knowing. Of course, if she's supportive and you don't mind telling her you're sexually active or have no other means by which to test, I suppose you're just going to have to tell her your concerns and hope for the best. you can go get tested and...
at most if you aren't preg she will know you aren't taking or using birth control and get you on some birth control.
if you are having sex you need to be on the pill or other method of b/c.
i have been on it since i was 17yo. never thought twice about it because i know i'm not ready to have a child and don't want to worry about - oh i might be preg.

well how late are you?
if you are only a few days late, your period might just be coming on a little later, i would wait till your about a week late,then retest,if still negative,then i would tell her.
then yes you should tell her.

well i think that in certain areas you can go to a free clinic for a pregnancy test without having parental consent. maybe you should do that.
