A, all you would have to do is wait around long enough and some troll would report every question you apply. and if Yahoo could be considered the kind of people to take off anything B would then not seem too hard

A. is more difficult, because any of us could start back at 1 just by angering the right/wrong people.
But B. would be more difficult to take!

Both...A & B involves spending a whole lot of time in Yahoo answers. I don't have time to answer and ask questions 24/7.
