Remove the horn pad and electrical connector. Remove the safety lock snap ring if equipped and turn the steering wheel nut off. Install a puller and use it to get the wheel off. Next you have to install the lock plate compressor to push the lock plate slightly down to remove the snap ring for that and the plate will come off.

You need a steering wheel puller. The lock plate tool is used to get to turn signal switch, or key cylinder. The lock plate tool is after steering wheel is off. you screw it to steering shaft then turn wing nut down to get to "c" clip, once "c"clip is removed, lift lock plate out of your way. You will see turn signal switch and lock cylinder.

once you get the "horn" cover off and electrical wiring disconnected, you should use a steering wheel pully and wala!off it is.
