YES, If it is a light rain, with small droplets of water and a warm breeze outside. We dandced all around because our well would dry up every summer ( old house) so we would be so jazzed about the rain. :P
NO, If it is pouring and the water droplets are huge and the winds are hurricane like and if I hear thunder and see lightning. I stay hidden under a blanket at age 35 with my three kids under the blankie with me. ( moahhhhmeeeeee, were scared, "let sing a song "The Lord said to Noah there's gonna be a floody floody Lord said to Noah there's gonna be a floody floody. GET those children out of the muddy muddy, children of the Lord.)

I'm singing in the rain, just singing in the rain, what a glorious feeling i am happy again!!
When it is warm then yes!! I also love walking in wet grass when its rained on a warm day!! and I love the smell after a downpour and then it comes out sunny again!! Gorgeous.

I LOVE the feeling of rain on my face, i also love the smell of a storm coming after a really hot day, and i love the smell of freshly cut grass

I now live in Northeast Thailand.It is rainy season now and it is like somebody has turned on 10,000,000 bath taps. I do not recommend you feel that on your face. I do think that the feel of the more gentle English rain is pleasant.

The feeling of rain falling on my face is an unbelievable feeling, and makes me feel exiteable if you get my drift, it's like being intimate with nature, in that nature just keeps giving to us even though we endeavour to destroy our environment. Truely one of lifes simple miracles that we take for granted.

Yes but not onf my butt, my hubby left the windows down on the car & I just went out in the rain to roll them up. When I sat down, my A*s got wet!
