well, its sot exactly a feeling of guilt in the sense that i did something wrong, but its like i feel suddenly turned off or dont want to do it any more

Yes. You normally have some testosterone and endorphins (hormones) in your body all the time to make you feel good, but when you have an orgasm, you use them all up at once. Then your testicles stop making any more testosterone for a little while until they recover from the effort of ejaculating. So compared to how you feel normally, you feel depressed and anxious.
It's biochemical, not moral. Of course, feeling guilty is also the result of your church or mom and dad telling you, like the hypocrites that they are, that "you shouldn't play with yourself."
If you have a partner to hold you and pet you a little right afterward, that usually speeds up the recovery a bit. Guys by nature just roll over afterward, so you probably will have to ask.

Only if you've been brought up to think masturbation is bad, you might not even know you have, but if you have guilty feelings about doing it for whatever reason...but you really shouldn't feel like that simply from masturbating, I hope you can get past it, it's normal and healthy.

Why would you feel guilty after an orgasm? Personally, I feel great, but that's after having an orgasm with my partner. But even if it were masturbation, why would you feel guilty, and if you do feel guilty, why masturbate? Guess I have more questions than answers for you.

Yes it is, because of the stigma society has put on masturbation in the past. You should not feel guilt or embarrassment. Take strength in knowing there are many of us masturbaters out here.

hell no it is not normal. after it you should be feeling good and banging. so just imagine this. you get an orgasim and bang you feeling happy. so if you walk out the room happy people will be like what up yo! but if walk out the room guilty people wotn be happy to see you! do it regurly and feel good.

if you are having sex with your partner and the tension is in
your loins then you will know that you are about to have a
orgasm then dont feel embarrassed. if by chance the lady
wants you to masturbate in front of her and you feel ok with
it dont feel guilty.even when you are by youself its ok.

No that's not normal. Common but not normal. Normal is enjoying it and smiling afterward cause there is nothing wrong with it.
