maybe later in life...its amazing what you can remember and if something really odd in their opinion happened to their sister then they may remember a funny detail. I remember odd things about when I was that little, I even remember a moment when I was 4 months old! so it is possible, but possibly only when they are able to verbalise it...even then...the parents may have told the children to keep quiet or been careful not to expose them to anything.
