Lol! Not for many a year -- but yes, in my youth they occasionally did. And they usually were not coy; they'd just make comments about my tight-fitting breeches directly to me. As for me checking them out -- practically all the males I know ride western. Cowboy butts are nice, but I'm kind of oblivious because I'm more likely to notice and admire their horses!
