The Democrats need to draw a line in the sand right now on Iraq and not give a single red penny for Iraq unless it comes with an immediately beginning drawdown of soldiers to be finished 10 to 12 months from now. Bush only understands power, and congress needs to excercise theirs. Of course knowing Bush, if funds are cut he will likely play games with the lives of those poor soldiers and leave them in the battle field out of spite without ammunition and supplies. But if he is willing to do that, he will be out of office by way of impeachment and conviction faster than you can say psychopathic liar.
