Human being templates are actually female in the womb, they develope into Males. The template for a human being at the very start of growth is infact female. So technically, our male eyes would be made different from females.

Oh geez funksoulfx - how utterly indoctorinated you are. The fetus is not a female template - the only part which could be considered a female template is the brain. At six weeks if the fetus is going to be a girl, nothing much happens (in the way of structural changes) in the developing brain, if the fetus is to become a boy, then structural development continues as the brain is bombarded with testosterone in quantities not seen again till puberty.
So if you wanted to be a feminist, you could say "The male brain is a mutation."
If you want to be a masculinist, you could say, "The female brain isn't fully developed."
Or you could just be a member of the human race and say, "Their brains are wired differently."
To the original questioner, no - they are made the same though I think girl eyes are prettier. :)

Actually, funksoulfx is correct.
But anyway, as far as eyes go, no, there's not really a difference. The only difference would probably be what the eyes are "wired" by the brain to look for, but that's a difference in the brain, not the eyes.

Actually they claim that women are more sensitive to colors then men's eyes. Bot men and women can see the same.
