Thinking of the birthday celebration I set up myself with an ex... I am thinking the ex will have a good time but I'm not sure I will! I can only hope so.
I realize this is a very small thing in the big picture, but it's what is on my mind at this time. In the larger scheme of things, life itself makes me happy and sad at the same time.

Sad country songs. Cause sad songs will always make you sad, but if your already sad, Happy songs will make you even more sad, cause you know your life could be much better. Plus, sad country songs are the best kind of country songs.

My children growing up. I am happy to see them grown up and doing well, But like in their small days they will never come to you for a cuddle or a kiss. So when I see them now I am sooo very happy for what they are but feel sad to see them growing up fast and moving away from me.
