She additionally suggested make each and each snack some thing it is rich in carbs, protein, and a fruit. So working example peanut butter crackers and a few strawberries may well be a good snack or mashed potatoes with cheese and a few apple slices. in spite of the fact that this did no longer thoroughly eliminate the nausea it helped plenty and decrease down on the throwing up and that meant that i replaced into taking in suitable food for my tiny infant. Being unwell mixed with that hungry and in no way happy feeling is undesirable, even inspite of the undeniable fact that it gets greater effectual. i'm 14 weeks now and that i'm waiting to consume till happy and that i do no longer experience so unwell after eating anymore. additionally my ordinary practitioner prescribed me phenergan for nausea and that i took it at evening and it truthfully helped me experience greater effectual day after today. stomach acid.....theres this thing called reflux whee your stomach produces excess stomach acid and it travels up your esophogus..your throat... this can cause like burning and sicky feeling.
i get it all the time.... not burning or anything but just being sick.... i've had it for a while now and i'm only 22.
i think stress could also be a cause cus mine gets worse when i'm stressed, usually i throw up when i get up on a morning and if i dont eat i feel very sick..... usually some toast does the trick as it soaks up the stomach acid making you feel less sicky.
hope it works for you... good luck...:)

This could also possibly be an infection. I would recommend getting another opinion and preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor you currently see.

I'd go back to docs and ask again, it has to be something wrong.
