How about a 50'S girl/ bobbysoxer. This can be very sexy without looking slutty-you can show a lot of skin but still look kind of innocent. Roll your jeans up to just below the knees, and show off your calves with some white crew socks folded down 2-3 times around your ankles (bobbysox). Get a sleeveless button down shirt and wear it untucked- a little sexier would be to tie the front up to show off your stomach. Shoes could be white keds or saddle shoes, or paint your keds to look like saddleshoes.
