serious question though. heh. dehydration?

Actually the alcohol dilates the blood vessels close to the skin, causing the skin to heat up (with the increased blood flow) and so cause it to sweat.
And yes alcohol can cause dehydration, but usually that's less immediate (the morning after).

Alcohol is a diarrhetic so it does make you pee but I think the reason you get hot is because it constricts your blood vessels and you get the feeling of heat.

almost all alcohol drinker feels hot and sweaty.an alcohol can changes body metebollism/condition that result to weekend your joins, numbness and be out of control but not out of your mind.In field of medicine says an alcoholic person are resistant to any kind of antibiotic.And it can lead to an allergy.
