You could also be having problems with endometriosis. To have both endometriosis and PCOS at the same time is a pretty common thing (I have both). Yes, I would recommend going to A&E (I'm familiar with the terminology used in the UK although I live in the U.S. because I have friends from the UK).

Paracetamol shouldn't set off a stomach ulcer. But, I would say you should get an emergency appointment with your doctor or head for A and E. You sound like you have something going wrong in there, so don't put it off, and don't let a doctor fob you off. If they don't at least check your insides with ultrasound, they aren't doing their job right.
As an after thought... Are you on the pill? If you aren't ovulating your ovaries might hurt less, and 'Dianette' Will help with the acne and hair. Are taking metformin or any other glucophage drug for your PCOS? These can cause stomach pain. Are you sexually active? No, I'm not nosey, but ectopic pregnancy is a possibility, but you'll generally feel hot and really sick with that.
Good luck.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a fairly common condition, affecting between 3% and 5% of women. Despite the fact that it was first recognized in 1935, experts have yet to find a cause for PCOS. Although there are many PCOS symptoms, the majority of them do not initially seem interrelated, which can delay the diagnostic process. Symptoms of PCOS can include acne and hirsutism as well as irregular or heavy periods.
Because of the affect on a woman’s menstrual cycle, it is often necessary to have some help in regulating and managing periods. One way of regulating menstruation is by losing weight, something which can be difficult for women with PCOS. Those looking for an alternative solution may want to try acpuncture, which has been found to be helpful at regulating periods. Women looking to get pregnant may experience infertility issues necessitating the use of infertility treatments in order to conceive.
Because no exact cause for PCOS is known, a cure for PCOS is currently not available. Instead, women with PCOS must rely upon long-term management of their symptoms. However, there is increasing evidence to suggest a connection between insulin resistance and PCOS. Diabetes and Insulin outlines this relationship in more detail and what it means for women with PCOS. One form of treatment that may be useful to those women found to have insulin issues is Metformin. However, due to a lack of research, many doctors are holding off on prescribing this drug to their patients.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/KVzpL
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

i know exactly how you feel, i have pelvic inflammatory disease and i get constant pains aswell. to the point where i cant move, feel dizzy, sick and basically like im being stabbed. you need to speak to your gp or a nurse about this, they can prescribe you strong pain killers which will work to the extent of calming them down. ive just got used to mine now, but if you are finding it hard then you need to ask for help, you should have to suffer. if its really bad then a&e might be a good idea just to check all is ok. i hope you feel better soon.
