Does anybody know of any GOOD and FREE pop-up blockers ?

Firefox has the best I have found. With Firefox open, go to the preferences or properties (whatever Mac or Windows wants to call it), select the Contents tab, put a check in "Block popups". You can also set exceptions because some web sites may have features that will not work unless your browser allows the site to open popups.

Yahoo Toolbar and try the explorer "Mozilla Firefox". For toolbar, try,
