Problem is you never stated your budget but judging from the selection, you are looking at cards around $100.
If that's the case, go for 7950GT. 8500GT is a trash, it only adds directX10 compatibility but in terms of performance 7950GT still outperform it.
I suggest you save up another month and get a 8600GT instead. It is better than 7950GT with DirectX10 compatibility.

If you just want a fast DX9 card, then the 7950GT is the fastest in your list.
If you just want a cheap DX10 card, then the 8500GT is the right one.
But if you want up to date awesome performance, then the Geforce 8800 series is the way to go.

The 7950GT maybe better but what about DX10
I say rather get a DX10 card.
You can't go wrong with the 8800GTS 320MB

get a 8800gts they are like $336 kinda cheap and will do anything
