When I go to the swimming pool and see all the fat women there of all ages, I think that they've probably been hitting the chocolate too much. The temptation needs to be resisted! I'm 43 and I have to exercise five or more times a week to maintain my weight.

I find 3 bottles of wine a little more effective, but for quick fixes at work etc chocolate works!
