Is there a McDonald's there?

Given that there have been disasterous outcomes to some previous missions, I cannot imagine taking the chance of dieing on a mission. Even if we had the best technology to send humans out there, if something goes wrong, the results are not in your favor. I would rather watch robots be sent to space while we controlled them from earth. We still haven't explored the depths of earth's oceans. We have a lot to discover right here on earth but I do support NASA. We all want to know where we came from and where we are going.
So no I wouldn't.

Besides, I kinda' like living, dont you?

I want you have been precise. yet there are actually not any plans for a project to Mars. Granted, NASA is doing study, yet there is not any investment for a Mars project--surely there is not any investment for the "return to the Moon" Bush promised. Nor can we've any more advantageous spacecraft below progression. The Congress from 1994-2004 killed each more advantageous spacecraft concept NASA had. alongside with a 2d-technology return and forth they needed after the Columbia disaster. instead the "alternative" will surely be structures from the present return and forth application and an Apollo variety pill. meanwhile, a minimum of 10 different international locations have energetic area courses--a minimum of three workingon manned spaceflight and eventual lunar missions. and a few of those international locations are already taking off to surpass us in some areas.

Hmm, let's see...

Muscle atrophy, prolonged exposure to radiation, psychological distress from feelings of isolation, prolonged horniness, and a highly probable death on a barren planet.

Sounds like fun to me!

As much as I would love to experience being there,
I couldn't hack the months it would take getting there and back.

No I don't think so - I like nature too much and with my luck the space ship would run out of petrol!

Not a chance. I don't really like getting on planes cos I'm convinced they're going to crash so you wouldn't get me on a shuttle.
