It tells me to take my protein, then something about X4.
So should I multiply 80 grams of protein by 4 to get the amount of calories from it? Then after that there is a column that says "percent of diet" how do I figure that out?

1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbohydrates = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 8 calories
That's why you have to multiply protein grams by four to get your calories. Then just divide that number by the total calories and multiply by 100. That should be your percent of diet.

I'm not a nutritionist but have some experience in sports diets.

A typical protien daily-intake for an athelet would be one gram of protein for each pound you weight.
