I would say it is that person that is not only at peace with him or herself but also aids those around them.
In addition, I find it odd that most previous posters suppose that the "best" human would be male (either by listing a male or using the pronoun "he").

It is just for convenience sake the pronoun is used. 'IT' would be so inappropriate.
