IMO, i believe LSU has looked the most impressive. I think USC, Oklahoma, and West Virginia have looked good also but not quite as good as LSU. I would say that OU is the second most impressive team behind LSU. What do you think?

Without question the Arkansas Razorbacks are the best team in the country. Too bad they have to wait until the day after Thanksgiving to play LSU or they could officially be the #1 team alot sooner.

lsu does look good but i have to give it to usc because they are such a deep football team.... their 3rd string running back is better than most of the countrys number 1 back

1 lsu looks like a bunch of bees on defense and they crushed the kings of defense last week. flynn is awesome..
t2 oklahoma looks like they reloaded on offense just fine.. waiting to confirm this.. miami isn't miami anymore....
t2 usc. i'll let you know after the huskers game, but they look great as always...
t2 florida. ugh. them again. hate to say it, but they could maintain their grasp on the elite trophies..
wv.. white and slaton are great, but the rest of the team is just good.. didn't impress me against the mary/mars
texas.. shaky..
wisconsin. should have lost to unlv...
cali. almost lost to cstate...
louisville.. could be in the NC game..all depends on luck. they destroy everything on offense, bhrom is perfect... but defense wins games and they have.. um.. none.
ohio st. could be there. the only good win for the big ten so far is psu over notre dame.. (oh wait.. 0-2... nevermind) so i could see them coasting if they beat washington..IF...

I bleed purple and gold, but preseason ranking hurt many teams. If I were to rank teams based on ONLY the games played so far and NOT looking at the current rankings I would(and lets not forget I bleed purple and gold) rank them as follows:
1) OU
2) LSU
3) UF
4) WV
5) USC
Upsets of the week
Neb over USC
Ala over Ark
Was over Ohio St
