Ok, so im supposed to have my period around this time (well last week actually) but I never got it. The last time I got it was in the first week of august!! Is this normal? Why is this happening and do you think I should go to the doctor or wait for a month and see what happens? I heard that you can miss ur period if u are under stress.. is that true?

not having the right nutrition, stress, lots of things can cause u not to have ur period at the right time- the other part of that is are u normally "regular" (I mean like clockwork- where u consistently start on the "3rd" day of the month)??? if u are normally regular and this is the first time u have gone too long without then consult ur doc otherwise just chill it will come

Yes, it is true that being under a lot of stress can cause the period to be delayed. Also, the date your cycle starts can change from month to month where it's not exactly 30 days. The normal menstrual cycle is from 28-35 days.

If you haven't had sex then yes it's probably stress, it definitely can mess with your period. I was suppose to have mine last week also, and i finally started today, and I've been under a lot of stress. This happens to me all the time. Give it a few days.
