All the time this has been going on I have always had a slight doubt about the parents, but what swayed it for me was that the British scientists said the DNA that was found was Madeleines and why the hell did Kate McCann wash the cuddle toy, surely any parent would have left it as it would have madeleines smell on it...sorry that was 2 things not 1

The behaviour of the McCann family and spokespeople. They are the ones telling all the stories and giving out all the spin. That takes the focus of Madeleine and puts it squarely on the McCanns.
Whether the McCanns are guilty or not we cannot say but I do hope that if either of them is found guilty that the family are investigated to see whether they have been involved with an attempt to pervert the course of justice!!!

Nothing. Due to the Portugese system of secrecy we are not allowed to know anything. Since nothing is official I am not swayed by the newspaper revelations. The only thing which may sway me is the verdict of the court. I presume that Kate and Gerry are innocent. I feel the proceedings by official bodies in Portugal has been farcical beyond belief. I am not saying the UK police are necessarily any better.

Like everyone else the manner of the parents.
But the whole thing has baffled me. They say they show their grief in private but it would still show. Red eyes, shadows under eyes due to lack of sleep but nothing. The fact they go running and pose happily as a family for the press. But the comment 'Well at least we still have the twins' comment turned it for me, it sounded like they were talking about a lost puppy and still had two left. That upset me.
Also going to the pub for a meal the first night they came home is not quite what you do if you want to look good, and does not show that facing the house again was that depressing for them. They have plenty of family who I am sure would have given them a meal. After all the family are very supportive.

an artical in yesterdays sun, they gave a runthrough of wot they did the night she disappeared, take into consideration they were 52 seconds away from there appartment
at 9.05pm gerry checked on his kids and returned to the restauant table at 9.25 five minutes laterfriend mathew leaves to check his own kids and the McCanns, at 10pm kate goes to check again this is when they discovered maddie had dissappeared. it then goes on to say that kate was adamant that maddie vanished between the hours of 9.05 to10.00 pm, why did it take gerry so long to return if they were so close, and what was mathew up to cos he said she was ok

I always thought there was something odd going on. But when the fluids were found, that put a knot in the noose. I still say if the cops were going to frame anyone it would've been Murat. Would have been easy. He fits the peado profile. These new developments I've read lately don't bode well, I think it just a matter of time, before she cracks.

Their whole story stank from day one,and nothing they have done since has changed my opinion .If my child had gone missing l would not have held photo shoots,l would have been too upset for that. l would not have set up a fund, and made it into a limited company,l would have been too upset for that.l would have not been photographed smiling.Until l found my missing child l would find NOTHING to smile about. And l would not have told the Portuguese Police that l would co-operate fully, and return if needed, their words not mine, then the minute l returned to this country contact a top extradition lawyer. They are looking like a cunning pair of desperate people trying to cover their own a*rses

A single thing has not swayed me in my opinion, but many.
No forced entry.
If she wandered off would she close front door behind her in her sleepy state?
Sedation of children.
Sniffer dogs.
Not using baby-sitter.
Their behaviour since child 'missing'
Washing child's favourite toy. (Most important).
We will have to see what comes out in the wash...

can i just say,bunnykins... thats exactly what i have said from the beginning. There are too many things for me..why would you drug your kids ever!!!especially just so you can have a meal with friends..you take your kids with you. They are both too 'together' any normal parent would be destroyed, look at poor rhys's mum and dad they were destroyed..even ben needham's parents are still destroyed 18 years on!!what is wrong with both kate n gerry..very odd..and as for praying, they were feeling guilty and asking for forgiveness.
