First, unless you already went to court then whatever judgement you're referring to wasn't a tribunal. A tribunal is a judicial entity and employers don't have judicial authority.

Second, depending on what the judgement was pertaining to you may not be able to appeal the decision. If you were fired you can't appeal your being fired. Your only real option would be to sue your employer if you could prove you were wronged. Depending on the state you live in it may not matter. In some states, like Washington, there's no obligation of employment so they don't need a justifyable reason to fire you and you would likely lose a lawsuit.

I'd really spend some time thinking about what outcome you want and how likely it is you'll get it before making your next move. It may be more trouble than it's worth to win this one.

Are you in the union, contact them if you are,if not contact the union office of the union of your work place, once you make contact make sure you can support your claim, get as much information as you can, write down the facts of your case, they will soon let you know if they can win your case, you might not get anything out of making a claim like your job back or an award of money, decide before ask around to to see if anyone else as been dismissed for the same reasons and look to how they resolved the issue

ummm...........legal aid is usually not given for appeals unless you have additional information for the case.

Just cop it on the chin, sorry to say. Better to move on that fight a long losing battle. Employers can threaten their current employers to give negative evidence against you, it is hard for you to win.
