WIth eleven players in the filed batsmen are hitting sixers and fours at will. Will this trend imporve the scoring in ODI cricket??

Yep it will. As the batsmen will gain confidence - even against bowlers like Pollock and B. Lee.

Moreover, upcoming players, more exposed to Twenty 20, will adjust quickly and better in ODI.

I wonder what's the impacy on Test Cricket.

Sure it will. We have seen that the scoring rate has increased in Test Matches after the advent of ODIs. The same will happen with frequent Twenty-20 games.
