Ok the very last chapter when Teddy Remus Lupin is kissing Victorie who thinks she is the daughter of Bill and Fleur??

Teddy is 19 in the end chapter and they refer to Victorie as a member of the family she would have to be 16+ and since none of the other member of the Weasley family were married and Victorie sounds french it is what I think I just wondered if there are other opinions and what your reasons would be??

ok this question is not for people who run around and read every interview ever given by J.K Rowlings but for people who like to read the books and come to their own fun conclusions.
-not trying to be mean I just would rather have peoples impressions rather than "an interview".

I think Victorie is Bill and Fleur's daughter, because Harry's son refers to them as a cousin, and Fleur is French, and Victorie is a French name.
