Should we invade Iraq.
It may not have interested the people who are obsessed with the McCanns but it brought 1,000,000 to protest and the consequences has resulted in hundreds of thousands of innocent casualties.

In italy there have been about 5 different murders in the last two monts alone all as intriguing as this one, so most italian people are too busy with those to be interested in this case.
I speak english so I follow some UK/english news but I think this is nothing like the Iraq war.
But I am sorry for the little girl though, she had no fault her parents are inconsiderate drinkers and was a very pretty girl, a big waste.

I am in the undecided camp, waiting for hard evidence in either direction before I comment on their innocence or guilt.
It reminds me of that case in Australia back in the 80's, remember the chamberlains and the dingo? the mother was convicted on farcical evidence and spent time in jail, only for the conviction to be quashed after it was discovered a forensic scientist falsified evidence, she told a court the dead baby's blood was a positive match for 'blood' found in their car, it turned out not to be blood at all but rust!
I don't know if they are innocent or not but I hope they're not because I just don't want to contemplate that they could have hurt their own little girl so badly to the point of killing her.
I hope she is alive and well somewhere, I know it's a long shot but I don't want to think of her any other way.

Never known a story like this..ever.If the forensic evidence, and the Portuguese Police are to believed. these creatures not only killed their daughter, but to cover what they had done began the biggest con ever, they fooled the media, the people who donated money to their fund, the pope, the list is endless.l think that they started with a lie to protect each other,a lie that quickly spiralled out of control.But.did they then seek to profit from this all? If it is found that they did try to profit from killing their own daughter.........god help them....cos no one else will.

I think the McCanns are guilty but would very much like to be proven wrong.
The only other thing I can think of is Princess Diana's death. I still think the royal family were involved. Such an astounding woman and sorely missed. It still feels surreal that she's gone. May she rest in peace.

i think the horror of a child being missing has got to most of us...Every missing child, not just little Madeleine.
I've said earlier, that coming on here & spouting stuff makes no sense unless we get involved int he cause of Missing Children & contribute to some extent to make a positive difference to this tragic cause.
I believe that there is only one cold certainity in this case:
The McCanns left their babies unattended. That was wrong. We know it & they know it now.
It does NOT make them guilty of murdering her.
Therefore, i do my feeble best to defend them against the baseless accusations that they did.

You need to get out more and off yahoo answers. this hasn't divided nations. people will still go on holiday to portugal and we won't go to war with portugal over it.
war divides nations. sanctions divides nations but a little girl who was abducted on holiday does not.
please stop being so dramatic
