Psuedoscientic garbage.

Dropping a blob of non-fissile Plutonium 238 (not useful in a bomb) into the atmosphere of a gas giant is not going to start a fusion reaction of any kind. Nor is there any plan to wipe out all life on Earth in such a dramatic fashion (causing nuclear winter would be easier then turning Saturn into a star and probably more effective).

Also note that Titan is closer to Saturn than Earth is so if it killed everyone on Earth imagine what it'll do to Titan (i.e. it won't terraform the planet very well).
