I had a transvaginal ultrasound and the result are
to my Uterus i had a
Myoma : posterior instramural with subserous 3.23 x 2.18cm.

Adnexae left ovary - developing follicle meas. 1.18 x 0.82cm

Cervix: (+) minimal fluid in the culdesac.

Impression: Myoma uteri
Trilaminar endometrium
Normal ovaries
I feel pain to my lower womb and to my vagina . The doctor didnt advice me to take medicine and told me its nothing. But, Im feeling unconfortable and pain.

The pain could be from the myoma but I would recommend getting back in touch with the doctor to let him/her know how much pain you are in. If you find you don't feel comfortable with the answer they give after you tell them I would then recommend getting another opinion and preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor yo currently use.

i had similar pain, but discovered i had a back injury which inturn was resting on a nerve from my spine that runs around to my pelvic area.

i'm not sure what your impression and other info means, but that was my experience.
