they say they don't but i notice girls with it gets attention and alot of times when there's a bunch of girls in a room guys do go towards the sexiest looking even if she has boob job. i don't entirely belive what guys say.

I suppose some like it and some don't. They are fake you know and if the guys like them, they aren't dealing with reality. What's better than the real thing? If they are fake, are the guys just into it for the looks of a woman? Do they just want to have a woman by their side that looks good no matter what? Mine are real and I never had any complaints and I am 59. Grow up and learn that women are meant to be real. If they change their looks in any way, they are just insecure or want attention. Is this what guys really want? I could see it if the poor woman had breast cancer and wanted to feel better about herself as this is devastating. I can think of no other reason for a boob job. Love the person for who and what they are.

Like the difference between a wax apple and a real apple, the wax apple may be nicer to look at, but the real apple is so much better.

if by surgery you mean implants, then it depends
some guys do, others dont, its entirely their preferance
but if your considering them, then make sure you research it first, and make sure its what you really want

Me, I don't care for implants. If it is for a breast cancer survivor I certainly understand, but implants just to make them bigger, nope.
