Yes, I watch the sale ads all the time, and MOST of the things I buy are on sale at big discounts. I don't buy things I don't need just because they are on sale, but I do buy almost everything I do need when it is on sale.

Both, I like getting something I need or want on sale, but sometimes I can't wait around for a sale to happen.

Sometimes, but I'm not one to base my buying on what's on sell. The reason is because what's on sell is not usually the best and I like to by the best when possible.

I don't normally look at the price, unless it is something expensive

"aha!" you say! How do I know if it expensive if I don't look at the price???

To which I would answer "oh you've got me there you clever thing you" and walk away in shame...
