I tried on a pair of wide leg stretch trousers in sz 4 but I can't fill them out because I have a little butt and small hips. The pants looks wrinkled on the side of my butt-making my butt look saggy. So I tried on a 2 and was able to fill the back out..it fits perfect..from the back but the front is somewhat snug. So I guess my question is which fit is more proper..the looser but sloppier fit in the 4 or a more snug(around the crotch) fit? Thanks in advance!

I agree with Richard, but if you're in love with those trousers, go with the size 2 because they're stretch trousers and try to wear them out before going out (like, wear them after work as often as you can).

Also, when you're trying pants on, always remember to try and sit in them so that you know how uncomfortable they may be with snug fabric.

Keep shopping until you find a pair that fits you comfortably and looks good at the same time. Sizes can vary according to where the pants were made.

Try a size 3- look in different dept. stores as they all seem to have different sizes--if no 3 then gowith 2 and stretch them .
