if you're lucky it's worth a quarter. Since it's been defaced by having holes drilled into it, it could be refused by a retailer and thus worth nothing. Make it into a charm/pendant maybe.

You have a damaged coin and no one may want it. It is still legal tender but being the way it is some stores may not accept it. It has no other value than its face value.
