i'm assuming it is an 18 karat gold ring and not 18 carats worth of diamonds...it all depends on the 4 c's of the diamond....a deeply flawed diamond and a flawless diamond can vary by many thousands of dollars...i'd get it professionally appraised...then insure it...

First of all it is a Cartier! Right there will tell you lots of money. Just looking at the tri-eternity ring, it will be approximately $3,000.00 actually more since Cartier is one of the most high recommended jeweler in the world. Hope this helps.
