Bisexual, heterosexual, homosexual...

What are the scientific studies that we are born with any of them, and do not naturally acquire them later in life via nuture?\

And one can't say we can only be born heterosexual and not the others. That makes absolutely no sense. It's either all or none.

I believe that people are born with their sexual orientation the way that someone is born with their hair color or eye color yes it may change but for the most part is decided by the time the child is two to three years old. Homosexuality is found in nature and to me that means that it was meant to be there yes there are things that go wrong with gene and the development process but for the majority of people it's goes just the way that it should and the way that it was planned for them. Sexuality is something that is set when conception occurs and the various genes that make up that particular person are put together in that zygote that latter changes into the embryo and than fetus. Once the changes that occur between the zygote stage and the embryonic stage things are pretty much set it's just a matter of the brain and lungs developing and everything else just gets bigger,

I think there is many genes that affect sexual orientation. Some are expressed(a gene that is activated is expressed) others are not. Therefore it is possible for some to have varying levels of sexual orientation--eg bisexual--you can be turned on by either sex. I do not think you can change your sexual orientation by you can suppress how you feel if society applies enough pressure. That is why some seem to change orientation.

Yes. If you will notice most homosexuals have relatives that are homosexuals. which means to say, that you actually inherit something from your parents. And in this case, you inherit their disposition. There are others you are "lucky" to inherit most of his dispositions from the parent who is heterosexual.

You know, no one really knows.

Maybe we're not born like that.... but that doesn't mean its a choice.

Its definitely not a choice.

Maybe we're all born neutral, and as soon as a certain gene is activated, we 'become' liniant (sp?) to whatever orientation is dictated by that gene.
