It is called Good Friday, because we recognize the sacrifice our Lord Jesus Christ made for us when he died on the cross for our sins. Of course it was a horrible event, and it makes me sad that He had to go to that measure. But I will be eternally grateful for him for doing so. So yes, I wouldn't say we 'celebrate' Good Friday, but we do recognize the event as holy.

yes its good friday because he died on this day for our sins
to remove us from the bondage of sin
so its a good day for evey human hence it called Good Friday and can never be called Bad Friday
