Cramps are common in pregnancy. An ectopic will usually produce some kind of blood or brown discharge. I would tell the doctor your concerns and let them know the pain is on your right side.

Cramping may be very usual in early being pregnant, it is your uterus stretching to make room for the little one. With a tubal there may be almost always plenty of soreness or even a few bleeding. My mom has had 2 tubals whilst I was once in my early young adults and I recollect the soreness she was once in each instances.

Go to the er now and that will help your mind be at ease. It is really hard to tell, but if you don't go tonight definitely tell your doc. what you are going through cause they will check to see if you are ok because a tubal pregnancy can be life threatening to you also.

If you tell your Doctor (nicely) about the pain and where it hurts he or she will prolly do or have an ultrasound done to check on it...

But if you threaten your doctor with "if you don't look at this now im going to the er" - your pregnancy is gonna suck cause you and your doctor will be at odds ...

Cramps are normal during pregnancy, but if it's so bad you can't sleep you should bring it to your doctors attention so they can do an ultrasound and make sure it's not ectopic.

its normal to feel some cramping. If you are really concerned go to Er so you can see if it is or isn't. I honestly think you are ok but if you are worried I say get checked.
