Yes, it's still considered medication, and it contains chemicals and stuff like that. Overdosing can result in death with any pill you take, hell you can die from drinking too much water, ofcourse you can die from taking to much Viagra.

Yes. It can cause an irreversible and fatal drop in blood pressure. Tell y'what though - if that were you in your atavar, you and I wouldn't need no Viagra!
