I mean there is so much fuss about area 51 and aliens why dont we gather up about 20,000 people send flyers and add a date to it then meet up at the gate and storm in.

now two things might happend

1. we all get shot- if we did we would have enough reporters to cover the place and the rest of the american public would go chaotic.
2. we get in and see what really is in area 51- we have the right to know anyway. It's under the u.s. constitution

HELLO - NEWS FLASH - Area 51 has been abandoned for about 2 years now. The government finally tired of all the kooks who were trying to get in there and they abandoned the place. The top secret test base has been moved to one of the most remote sections of Utah and you can't get withing a hundred miles of it.

Open Google Earth and enter "Area 51" and you can look at it all you want.

Im just wondering, what part of the Constitution you think you saw the right to know whats at Groom Lake AFB ?

By the way, there is no such thing as area 51, thats just a name the conspiracy nuts gave to Groom Lake AFB.

Thats why the conspiracy nuts never get any information when they file " freedom of information " request.

They are requesting information on a made up name, and of course the government doesn't have any files on an area 51, since it has never existed.

Heh - there are easier and subtler ways to do it. Use the Freedom of Information Act to request documentation regarding that bit of real estate. I did, and learned that it's been used for multiple purposes, but that there are no plans to open it to the public soon. They don't have to - under the law, the government does have the responsibility to protect our country, and can keep certain measures secret that are intended for that purpose.

Because it was a weather balloon.
And also because the area is protected for our national security. The Stealth was even tested there.

I don't want to compromise our national security. I'm a Republican. :o)

How many people want to die to find out the secrets they are hiding there?
Will you be the first in line to start the attack?

1) You'd deserve to get shot and nobody would feel sorry for you.
2) You have no rights which would allow you to know what is going on there.
