I do tend to read people's Facebook and Myspace comments to learn more about the people they associate with. And, I am also fine with people reading my comments.
On the other hand, I would be a little shocked to see someone googling my name.
Even though I think it's slightly obsessive, what you said is true. As long as you don't change you who are to get this person, it's alright.

i think of i'm a million of the least obsessive/compulsive human beings interior the worldwide. i do never make my mattress, each and every so often I pass away dishes on the table over nite if i'm too drained to do them,I do handwash yet to no longer extra, i'm no longer fussy in any respect. i will drink out of my husbands glass or my teenagers, and that i'm an exceedingly calm guy or woman.i've got not got any ordinary for laundry clothing or flooring, I do them whilst they get grimy.

this is normal! dont sweat it. obviously you want to get an idea of who he is and what he likes.
the only problem here is that things are not always what they seem. you may read something and jump to an incorrect conclusion about him. the best way, of course, would be to become closer friends with him. but you are not a freak dont worry. most people do this.

why not take a chance and go out with this person, ask all the questions yourself. It is ok to google someone... I have been googled before and I have googled my wife before... if you really want to know someone, get it from the source
