Should I get a degree or just complete the requirements by the medical school? What do you think and why?

Most people think that you must get a bachelor's degree before going to medical school, this isn't always true provided you meet the medical school admissions requirements in terms of courses taken.

However, most people applying to medical school will have a bachelor's degree so your competition on that point will be very steep if you don't have one.

Also, if you're going to take all of those courses in order to meet the minimum requirements to get into medical school, you might as well complete the bachelor's degree on the way.

PS: Law school admission doesn't require a bachelor's degree either - but getting in without one is nearly impossible.

One does not preclude the other. If you meet the minimum requirements you can apply through the Early Decision Program http://www.aamc.org/students/applying/programs/earlydecision.htm

The caveat being you should be an excellent candidate before trying this route.
