i know of one... but i wanna see what you all think, if anyone mentions him. i swear to god hes a raging stoner if you see this guy anytime hes not acting he looks BAKED. its f*ckin hilarious to. have you noticed this about any stars?

DeNiro always seems kind of stoned. Nicholson burns for sure. They're both great actors though.
