I am running on an IBM Thinkpad R51 1830AHU and have already tried this in the BIOS- unfortunately the BIOS is VERY limited and I have no options for sharing memory or increasing the AGP Aperture size. Are there any applications or programs that can change this? Thanks so much.

I have already upgraded my BIOS to whatever the latest one from IBM is, but is flashing different?

You simply can't! It does NOT share from system RAM.
ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 S64 has 64mb onchip memory on 128bit interface.
ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 E32 has 32mb onchip memory on a 64bit interface.

You may have to flash your motherboard bios.
