Finally, someone got to the heart of the matter. Donuts, or as I call them freedom rings, should be available to all people regardless of socila or political status. I admire your strong stance on the freedom ring issue.

And he didn't say he was going to start withdrawing the troops--only that he might end the "surge" next summer--which he originally siad would be over by the end of the year--or spring, 2008 atthe latest. He made no statement about reducing the troop levels to less than the 130,000 in place before the surge.
Bush also said the surge is a success--despite the fact that a host of military experts and retired military leaders have proven otherwise (except for his stooge Petraeus). Of course, he also said Saddam had WMD, that Saddam was trying to buy uranium from Nigeria, that Saddam had ties to al-Qaida, that the "Mission" was "Accomplished,"
