Since this question is about your marriage with your husband tell him about it, as a family is only bonded together in a husband and wife union. Any other interference is 3rd party interference who has no say in your family unless both of you permit it regardless of whose sister or in-laws they are.

It is quite a thin line you are standing on, one of the ways to counter any conspiracies against your family, is to make an agreement with your husband that any bad accusation from 3rd party must be discussed within the matrimonial couple before any action.... quarrels, back biting and all the nonsense.

Why does she want to ruin your marriage? What did you do to her to cause her to be an enemy? Without knowing all the details, it's difficult to answer your question. Just guessing, I'd suggest that you ignore her and leave her alone. Your marriage is between you and your spouse, and outsiders won't have any control unless you let them.
