I have a couple but some stress and pains you can't take away.

I agree with you that sometimes you can only do so much. Some pains and problems you cannot change or take away- just help the person cope with the situation as best as you both can.

My best friend in the whole world is going through things that no one should have to endure. I would gladly care for her 24/7 for the rest of her life!!! Actually, if I could take every ounce of it on my body I would. I love her more than life and would do anything so that doesn't have to go through this!!!!

Single parents and couples of children that are trying to get ahead by hard work but are gaining no ground and cannot count on family or friends for help.
I want to help them out so much.

Yes, especially right now, but I believe I am doing all that I can for him. Some things you just have to walk with them in. Support them and they'll know you're there.
