I have only ever heard of Hemione in the Harry Potter series, but unusual popular book names are often the beginning of new names introduced into the culture. Tiger Lily sounds like an English translation of a lovely Asian name? I have met people with the rest of the names, so yes, people do name their daughters Shiloh, Tallulah, Angelina, Peaches, and Patience.

Were you thinking of Paula Yates? That nut named her daughters, Pixie, Fifi Trixibelle, Peaches Honeyblossum, and the best of all... Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily. Brangelina named their daughter Shiloh. Demi Moore and Bruce Willis have a daughter named Tallulah.

Personally, I love the name Angelina. Not as a first name, but a middle name definately. In fact, one of my favorite names is Peri Angelina.

The others are all... kinda... blah. Tiger Lily is the indian princess from Peter Pan. A pixie is an imaginary little thing with wings. A peach is something you eat, and patience is something you have. If I named my child Hermione, I'd be forever comparing her to Emma Watson. I just don't like Tallulah. It's...odd.

So, do I consider these names normal? That's pretty much a big fat NO! I do consider this Yates woman to be a menace to her own children (that should be considered emotional abuse) and I consider Angelina to be saint, but the names? For the most part, yuck.

Hermione - Before Harry Potter it might have been ok (nothing against HP, btw)
Pixie - Would consider as a nickname maybe
Tiger-Lily - No way
Shiloh - I like it but wouldn't use it
Tallulah - Like it but wouldn't use it
Angelina - Yes
Peaches - Absolutely not, not even as a nickname
Patience - I think this one is 'normal' but wouldn't use it

Hermione (like in Harry Potter) - yes, though I'd assume most parents who would use this would think it more "like Shakespeare" or "like Greek mythology" rather than simply the Harry Potter reference. LOL
Pixie - no!
Tiger-Lily - no ... at least not the Tiger part (that's just silly) ;)
Shiloh - no.
Tallulah - yes, though I'd use the Irish Talulla myself.
Angelina - yes. Not me personally, but it's not an unusual name or anything.
Peaches - god no. Poor little baby stripper with an eating disorder. :(
Patience - no, but I'm not into the Puritan word names myself.

Hermione (like in Harry Potter)- Even though I am a HUGE HP fan, No. And even though Hermione was first used in a Shakesperean play, it'll forever be connected to HP. It's like naming your daughter Marilyn. She'll forever be teased about Marilyn Monroe...not that that's bad or anything...

Pixie- Yes, I love unusual names, and this is a cute one. But if you choose this one, choose a middle name that could be used if your daughter doesn't like her first name...for example- Pixie Anne...If she doesn't like Pixie, she can go by Anne.

Tiger-Lily- It's pretty, but personally, No.

Shiloh- I like it, but I wouldn't name my daughter it...It's acceptable in society, just not my absolute fave name.

Tallulah- Same opinion as Shiloh.

Angelina- Not my fave...reminds me of Angelina Jolie, and I bet it would do the same to a lot of people.

Peaches- No way! It's not even cute! She'll be tormented with jokes about her breasts!

Patience- Not as a first name...maybe a middle name.

I like Angelina. We have a little girl in our street called Hermione so I'm used to this name now. The others are a little out- there.

Angelina is a beautiful name....something I would consider.
Shiloh is ok....but only because Im more open to it now that Angelina Jolie named her girl that.
Tallulah isnt my style but isnt a bad name.
Pixie is ok....can be cute but also reminds me of the candy. Hermione I guess can be a name but not something I would consider.
Peaches just make me think of peaches...not an appropiate name.
Tiger-Lily is def. not a name...why would someone torture their child with that- Lily is a nice name though by itself.
Patience...is a fruit of the spirit...I actually think Ive heard of it as a name before but I wouldnt consider it to be a good name.
.......thats my opinion

Hermione is a somewhat common name in the UK.
I also like Angelina. The other names are abominations and I've heard that Peaches Geldof detests her name.

my niece is named Angelina. My husband liked the name Hermione, but with all the harry potter notoriety, we just couldn't do it.

The meaning of Shiloh is lovely, so yes. As with Patience and maybe Angelina, but not the others.
