i have a friend that was phyllis hyman's assistant for a number of years. there is a new book published recently and according to him, the story is not being told the way things really happen. he has lots of facts and pictures to prove it. he would like to have a ghost writer write for him. what would he have to do to begin this process?

It can go up to a five digit number for a whole book.... and that's fairly cheap.

He should pitch the book idea (in detail) to a major publisher and they will give him a list of the ghost writers they accept IF they want the book. He will be sharing royalities with the ghost writer in this case.

If he hires a ghost writer on his own, he should expect to pay $10,000 up front and more when the book is done. He needs to be careful and read other work the writer has done before signing any contract.

Hiring ghost writer demans high price, unless your friend is a millionaire (no offense). But I can recommend best sites ; AUTHOR ASSIST COM

It would be negotiable.

Perhaps you or him have a friend that would be interested in writing whose services could be bought for relatively little costs.

Has he at all tried writing it himself?
